What’s your favorite thing about working at The Arc of Gibson County?

Let go of your expectations. I know coming into a DSP position people had all kinds of scary or negative things to say about the job, but after working here for almost a year I can say it is the most fun job I have ever had. The consumers really do treat me like family and I know the work I do positively impacts their lives every day.
