Count Us In

The Arc of Gibson County hosted a Voter Registration Drive and Candidate Meet & Greet on October 3rd, 2016.  Eight local candidates for various positions were in attendance to talk voters about the upcoming election and issues facing our community.

More than 30 staff, consumers and their families took time to introduce themselves and talk to local candidates about what changes they hope to see in Gibson County.

We were able to register 14 first time voters. We will continue to register voters at our work center up until the October 11th deadline.

We appreciate everyone who attended and helped us make this event possible, as well as the guidance from INARF and The Arc of Indiana.
