April 2018 – Kim Woods, Toyota Enclave
Kim has been with The Arc of Gibson County for 16 years. Kim is a team leader for our Toyota Enclave, a few of her duties include train, supervise our consumers and inspect the parts they assemble. Kim was nominated by Johnda Knight, Community Placement Manager. Johnda said “Kim continuously does her job and beyond on a daily basis. She offers to assist anyway she can to ensure success for the clients and our program.”

I started out helping a friend with activities and sports and decided to stick around.
